Warranty

The products buyers purchased on CustoArmor.com are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of product delivery for material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase. Proof of purchase through CustomArmor.com is required. 

The buyer will need to send product back to us to inspect and be responsible for the expense of return postage and packaging cost. However, If the product is deemed to indeed have manufacturing defect, we will refund the postage.

During the warranty period, upon confirmation of the proof of purchase and determination of the product’s defects by CustoArmor’s sole discretion, the buyer will have the right to get a replacement or refund. 

Exclusions to this warranty include normal wear and tear, water or fire damage, the life of the footplate, damage resulting from abnormal/abusive use,
