Since the products are all custom made based on buyers’ unique requirements, we do not offer a return policy other than workmanship issues. Also, the custom order cannot be cancelled once produced and shipped. We will issue partial refund less material cost and or other service fees charged by 3rd party processors prior to order being shipped. These processors can include but not limited to entities such as Shopify, PayPal, Google. The deduction will not exceed 6% of the total transaction. Material cost will be calculated based on actual material used. For cars model year 2010 or older, we will charge a scan fee of $69 if we do not have the measurements in our database. We will waive the $69 scan fee if matching trunk mat is added to the order.
