We offer a 30 days replacement or refund policy if the mats don't fit or the package is damaged during transit. However, the custom order cannot be cancelled once produced and shipped. We will issue partial refund less material cost and or other service fees charged by 3rd party processors prior to order being shipped. These processors can include but not limited to entities such as Shopify, PayPal, Google and or any payment processors. The deduction will not exceed 6% of the total transaction. Material cost will be calculated based on actual material used.
